This costa is THE best!! Hands down! Simon and the young lady that served me today were attentive, informative and THE best in Scunthorpe. I will not go anywhere else now. Most customers ive noticed know Simon snd Simon knows their drinks! Ive visited 3 times recently and its Simons service and friendliness i return for! What joseph g doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
The manager there a middle aged bloke with glasses was very rude to me. Walked in to get a coffee and he was sat at the end of the coffee bar (where customers normally sit in non Covid times). He was on a laptop, presumably doing work, but he did see me. He then continued to do work on the laptop, choosing to ignore me.
