Never had any problems with tipping people when we get good service, but if they add on their own tip and have bad customer service.... I have a big problem with that! Kara hardly spoke to us and when she was very short with answers, she added her own $5 tip. This is not the way to run your business, a good way not to want to return to us. read more.
