You forgot to send the extra Tostones/Fried Plantains. And the fish is not well enough! You definitely can do better.
Bandeja paisa was nasty, chicharron tasted rotten, frijoles were super watery rice tasted old. my caldo de costilla tasted like boiled water with a bit of salt....
