The customizable menu allows diners to tailor their meals to their liking without any unnecessary additives. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a casual meal. While some reviewers have noted occasional lapses in service quality, the majority praise the delicious food and friendly staff. The restaurant's focus on fresh ingredients and generous portion sizes has resulted in many positive reviews from satisfied customers. Overall, Miami Squeeze seems to be a popular choice for those looking for a nutritious and tasty dining experience.
Miami squeeze has definitiw strengthened her vegan game in recent years. they offer impossible meat for various dishes. still have the classics of the lens soup, falafel, the last of the salate with tofu, wraps and plates. ask the server which sauces are vegan. they use vegan mayo to create a lot of them, but some are not vegan.
Food was delicious. We ordered two Mediterranean platters and one member of our party had a Vitamin C juice. He stated that the juice was 'good...a little spicy '. The falafel was perfect and the pita fresh. The hummus looked good. The cucumber salad was fresh and delicious. Great food great service.
I enjoyed the customizable options. I enjoyed that it’s health cantered and the food certainly tastes like you’re getting what you ask for- no extra additives that make it unhealthy. Also ordered a semi sweetened lemonade. It was pretty tasty considering! Wait staff was very polite and kind. The atmosphere was nice, didn’t feel like we were in the middle of a busy area of town, nicely decorated for a beach/tiki feel. We even had little lizards come visit us during our meal! If I lived here I would make this a staple restaurant in my diet.
Miami Squeeze is fast becoming my favorite place place to get a vegetarian or vegan meal. All the expected fare is there: turmeric wheat grass shots, fresh-squeezed juices, smoothies and salad. They offer protein for very palate and all are made well and served up in healthy portions, literally. Their lentil soup was a nice surprise as was their housemade Ginger dressing that's not standard but if you ask for it, they'll give it to you. I've been here three times over the summer so I feel I've gotten to know the place. It's consistent, fresh and a great place to satisfy a hunger without tipping the scale. When dining in you have three choices: the bar, covered patio or the backyard enclave that is pleasant and comfortable. Do go for, at minimum, a weekday lunch. Aplus recommends
Good prices for health conscious wraps and small plates. The pita is delicious filled with your choice of protein or veggies. The sweet potato fries are fresh and there is no going wrong with the smoothies
