The woman at the counter hands me my ice cream and it immediately fell of the cone and half of it fell on the floor. I had already handed her my card and she charged me for it and did not remake it. I asked for napkins and she said we have a bathroom . Also this place has a B health rating according to a sign on the window. Also she gave most of the rest of everyone the incorrect change.
