Pizza Hut - North Olmsted

The delivery person did not call how I asked and left our food outside in the foyer, which was not heated, and when I thought to look there, it was really cold and had to be heated again. The delivery person could have ordered the Summer or tried to call until I answered. The food itself was very good as usual. We move Sunday, so this was the last time to order from this place.

I ordered takeout, and the staff was really friendly. The food was hot, fresh, and well-packaged. However, one of the pizzas wasn’t sliced...

I usually receive excellent service and enjoy the pizza, but there have been a few odd instances where my order was delayed or incorrect. When I do receive my order, it's always great. It seems like the issues tend to arise during the last hour before closing.

I would like to express my appreciation for Nicki/Nicky (I apologize if I've gotten her name wrong) for providing us with exceptional service. She truly went above and beyond, making sure everything was just as I liked it. She even replaced an item for me, which was a wonderful surprise. Her kindness really made my night. I wholeheartedly recommend this Pizza Hut above all others. The food was delicious and everything was perfect. Thank you!
