Papa John's Pizza - North Palm Beach

I placed an order for a pizza one and a half hours before the restaurant closed. They charged my card and provided a tracking number. I received a notification that they were running behind schedule. However, when I called the restaurant, I only received an automatic message stating that they were closed. No delivery was made. I advise against ordering from this location. Now I have to contact customer service to request a refund.

I moved to this area in 2014 and have only had one minor issue with this restaurant since then. I always feel welcomed, thanked, and appreciated when I dine in or order takeout from here. The pizza is absolutely fantastic and top-notch. As a self-proclaimed food enthusiast, I can confidently say that this restaurant serves delicious food.

I was disappointed when I ordered extra cheese and found dry patches on the dough without any cheese. When I brought this to the Manager's attention, she did not offer to fix the issue. Instead of arguing, I have chosen not to go back to this location as this has happened before. The Papa John's on Military Trail in Palm Beach Gardens is better, but I think I will take a break from Papa John's altogether.

For the second time in a row I have placed an order, and provided details about where I live and the gate code. Both the orders have failed to show up. I even called the store to make sure that they were in contact with the driver to be able to locate myhouse and I was assured they would. Manager and owner should be embarrassed. Will never order from here again.

Unfortunately, this was a bust. I ordered a pizza with mushrooms and onions. Extra actually, and three slices had no mushroom at all, and there were barely any onions as if onions are so expensive, lol. The delivery driver was very late he drove right pastmy place and was lost for half an hour. I called and spoke with the manager and rudely asked me if she should remake the pizza.Tasha, I believe that was her name, made me feel like the minute I hung up they were going to maybe spit in my food. Meanwhileit?s almost an hour later and no notifications or confirmation that they are delivering the new pizza. I spent over $30 for asingle pizza pie with just some mushrooms and onions on it, what did I get? Hardly any ingredients including the cheese, it wasthe most pathetic looking pizza I?ve ever had in my life and it didn?t taste much better either . I will never order from thisplace again.
