This Wendy's location is quite spacious and is conveniently connected to a Pilot truck stop, which also features a Cinnabon. The food is generally on par with what you would expect from a casual fast-food restaurant, and service is quick. There are plenty of seating options available, or you can choose to use the drive-thru. It's a child-friendly place, offering a variety of kids' meals. Parking is ample, with numero... What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
A Wendy's located in either Palm Springs or Cathedral City. While driving out of town during the day, we decided to stop for a bite to eat. However, being attached to a gas station is definitely a downside, and there were some panhandlers around that made the experience quite uncomfortable for patrons. Honestly, I wouldn't want to be here at night! I hadn't been to a gas station in years, so I was unprepared for the... View all feedback.
This morning, someone ordered something before me, which had to be cooked. my food was prepared, then sat cold, until the foresee before me, his order was ready, against the person standing next to my food all the time. I didn't even eat. I came in here 4 to 6 times in the week. Now I'm going to look for another place to eat.
Mobile orders are not conveyed to stores in a way that is sensible to employees. There are recurring issues due to confusion over order display on cashiers’ checkout screens. It didn’t help that the cashier didn’t know what the word “discount” meant, or that cashiers seem to believe it’s possible to place a mobile order without paying for it. I have no idea how such a breakdown in training could happen. But the software they use should not be programmed such that it is possible to charge a customer for an order that has already been paid.Wendy’s generally tastes much better than the competition, providing what resembles real food. This location is fast and despite some occasional kinks always comes through with tasty meals. That said, the drive thru here was designed by some lunatic and probably is not legal such that the owner is liable for damage to cars. The curb is raised up so high that even most SUVs would mangle their bumper. It’s currently about 18” high and obviously should be no higher than 8”. This would be a very simple and cheap fix for the owner, and judging by the black scrapes against the curb, mangling one’s car is not a rare event.
Busy. I had a spicy chicken and hot honey sandwich. Boy was it spicy and that's all I tasted. I ate half cuz I was hungry and threw the rest away
