Very bad customer service. I ordered breakfast sandwiches for my wife's birthday and was very disappointed. The sausage and cheese was way too small for the bagel, over half the sandwich was dry bagel only. I also ordered an iced mocha and they gave me a hot coffee. I was in this morning and asked for an egg and cheese croissant, no sausage. It would have been nice to be told that the sausage will be pulled off of a jimmy deal sandwich, top of bread was rock hard and the bottom was super soggy. Definitely a microwave involved.
