My girls and I came to get ice after our daughters got some shots to the doctors. Denise was super nice and repaired us right away! The Shiver Shack theme is super cool. Denise makes it the right way by ordering their own syrups and special unique flavors of ice cream that you cannot find in a normal grocery store or a franchise ice shop. Showed up at 6:30PM today 12/6 to get ice cream for my family and they were closed even though it says they are open till 9pm! All the lights were on and it looked open but the door was locked and there was no one in the building. My three kids were very disappointed to not get ice cream because you were closed even though you should have been open! View all feedback.

The restaurant and its rooms are wheelchair accessible and thus reachable with a wheelchair or physiological limitations, and you can pay the bill with the common credit cards.
