I am diabetic and Waffle House is always a good option because you can get many of the things a diabetic would like a la carte. But that said I had a six egg omelette with cheese and sausage as well as a side of sausage patties. It was delicious and well prepared. This is usually the only Waffle House we will eat at because its clean and friendly. However one employee just ruined that.I believe her name is Sabrina. My wife's waffle was underdone and not cooked all the way through. When we shared this with our waitress she argued with us and said it was cooked.
