"I’m honestly shocked that this place has less than a 5* overall rating. Reading thru them clearly some people don’t have their expectations in line with reality! We lived in Ft Worth for a year and frequented Hatsayuki multiple times a week and have had nothing but glowing wonderful experiences! Food is fresh. Service is great. Worth every penny. Food: 5"

"Super cool vibes at this place, from the outdoor area with water features going on, to the indoor big space. Staff was very friendly and food delicious and freshly made. We ordered to takeaway but went in person as we were in the area and I was very impressed with the place."

"I was erroneously delivered a thin crust pepperoni pizza instead of the calzone I ordered. Quite possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I ate one piece and threw the rest away. It was boring no flavor, poor texture, not even nice to look at. I was hoping the spinach and artichoke dip would offer some redemption but even that ended up in the trash. The flavor was lackluster and the consistency was that of a soup. Runny. The bread or whatever it was that was provided for dipping was also disappointing. RIP to the $40 I spent."
