What Mackenzee Ruffner doesn't like about Riley’s Grill:
I ordered pick up and the employee on the phone was rude. I asked for a salad and they put just lettuce and a few tiny tomatoes. No ranch that I asked for how am I supposed to eat it? I’d rather you tell me your low on salad items because the menu seemed like I’d be getting a lot in it. No ketchup for my burger like I ordered. Be aware that the portions are quite large. I gave a rating of 4 because the traditional poutine was not up to standard. The cheese curds were not melted and were cold, while the French fries were hot and the gravy flavorful. The loaded hot dog was massive with a generous amount of meat sauce. Overall, you will not be disappointed!
I had an absolutely incredible experience at this restaurant. The food was the best I've had in a long time and I am already looking forward to my next visit.
I highly recommend this restaurant for a great, relaxing atmosphere and delicious food.
The food is excellent and cooked to your specifications. They have great, creative specials. The service is prompt and fantastic, without being intrusive. The atmosphere is bar, but very family friendly, especially earlier in the evening. Riley's has a wonderful variety of both beers and ciders on tap. I highly recommend Riley's as a great, relaxing stop.
World class steak very friendly staff,,recommended to everyone!!
