waited 45 minutes at their location for my order. certain customers would come to everyone and their order would be done first. I know that there is a waiting time when it is busy, but putting certain people before the commands is irritating and makes everyone wait longer. to be fair when there is one or two people they probably don't have a problem. If there's more, I'd just go somewhere else. they can't do many orders.
