What beab513 doesn't like about Sow Arrow:
Stopped whilst out for walk for a hot chocolate. This wasn't hot and there was no taste so bland I always tend to have my hot chocolate made with oat milk I find it give a little extra flavour. But not this time no chocolate flavour and an odd tang to the milk. View all feedback.
This store is a real jewel in the crown of this area. Lovely packaged products to buy such as health food and grocery items and really excellent food to takeaway, including special diet like keto and gluten free. The staff are also excellent, very helpful and polite.
Lovely cafe, coffee was good and all the food is gluten free. Very aware of allergies and good selection of Vegan food.
This restaurant is wheat free the whole place, so no risk of contamination. To walk in for a coffee and face a counter of 6 or 7 sweet options I can eat is a bit overwhelming, but I actually have to make a decision about what to chose! (not used to having a choice). Amazing choice of healthy tasty savoury and sweet options all baked in house. My favourites are paleo scotch egg, sweet potato brownie.
Popped in for breakfast. Met Pauline who was happy to discuss the ways of healthy eating. Staff pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend for a visit.
This was my first visit, recommended by my daughters. Knowledgeable friendly staff, fantastic food reasonably priced. Nice environment.
