We visited The Woolpack Inn for the first time on Tuesday, October 17th and it will definitely not be our last visit! The recent refurbishment of the restaurant has been done to a high standard. Gemma greeted us and was both professional and friendly, showing great knowledge in her role. I met my friend here for coffee and cake, sadly she didn’t actually get to eat any cake as although there was a good selection of cakes to be eaten there wasn’t anything gluten free!! The last time we went there was only one choice and that was a chocolate brownie, and she’d actually rang to check if they’d anything available but this time we assumed (wrongly) that they at least might have something.
