my family and I tried the pizza today. I ordered, and they said it would not take more than 15 minutes. I went and picked up a few things in the food business and came back 20 minutes later. I wait another 20 minutes while my wife and children waited in the car. I've ordered take out from here on two different occasions. 1st) I had a burger and fries with gravy, pretty much your go to for anyone who is from cape Breton....

"Stopped by on our way to check out the Ferries to Newfoundland. Had the Lunch Trio which consists of the Soup of the Day, 1/2 sandwich of the day and a salad. I along with my fellow diners all had the trio. The soup was cauliflower, upgraded to a Caesar Salad plus the sandwich grill cheese and bacon. All of the food was fresh tasty with the soup especially having a homemade taste. The service was top notch. I want to sa that every server in the restaurant paid some level of attention to our table. Hope to be back soon. Still have to visit Isle Madame and the Black Spoon Bistro is along the way."
