For a Thai Takeout restaurant this is impressive this one is on 65 Maple Street in Agawam, MA (telephone number is okay so no worries about that). The people who saw me were really surprised by the fact I walked there but God gave me legs/feet so use them. Overall Thai Cuisine mostly uses a mix style of land/sea so it's not only one thing of their cuisine/culture now you know. View all feedback.

"After I went to the facility for about two years, my opinion and experience with the owner was always that he has a lack or sense of what it is to provide a good customer service. He has no communication and a common courtesy. I'm never sorry about inconvenience or problems. Today I order to get over the phone because I wanted to eat on my thirty minutes break. After my arrival I received my order and knew something came from the entrance. After I opened the bowl, I saw that the contents were present on my side and things I demanded during my order were missing. I asked for a refund and had to explain why, the owner, three times. He did not apologize, asked how he could correct or compensate me for the inconvenience. Bad customer service, as it is hospitality."
