Placed an order at 7:30 and didn’t receive it until 9:45 then my food was cold fries was soggy .i called back for a refund or replacement and was on hold for 20 minutes Smdh View all feedback.

Never answer the phone for order. I won’t be back to spend my money with them
Never answer the phone I called on a Saturday for about an hour straight and Never got an answer. Worst service I’ve ever had!
