Quite a few negative reviews here. I've never had a bad experience here myself. You get the occasional member of staff that thinks you're beneath them. However, the majority of the staff are really nice and very friendly. The coffee is also lovely View all feedback.

I went to get a coffee and the staff were quite rude to me, when i received the coffee it was half full i mentioned it to the staff they were very rude about it again and ended up giving a new one when i received the new one again it was half full and had barely any taste to it ,it was also just the froth.
