we had a nice dinner in nicili. the atmosphere was beautiful. my only attempt for a 4.5/5 star would be to forget two parts of our order. we didn't say anything when it wasn't so important. it became a hunch to go to a pasta court and a pizza. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Nicli Antica Pizzeria:
Room is small and music was 80's bad and very loud. Salads were excellent and pizza's were ok but nothing special. Service was good but again just enough to get the job done. The biggest issue was the staff from the servers to the people working in the open kitchen were all just doing their jobs...nobody seemed to be having a good time and the vibe was non existent. Consistently good food and consistently not great service. I would definitely consider ordering pizza and having it delivered but won't be back to dine in.
Great gluten free, cashew cheese was pretty good. Authentic Napoli pizza
This is my favourite pizza place in North Vancouver. We had them cater our wedding. The food was great, the service was great it couldn’t have been better. They made everything easy and went above and beyond. My partner is celiac and can’t have gluten. They did the whole wedding completely gluten free. Truly couldn’t be happier. Would 100% recommend both as a restaurant and caterer.
Amazing pizza! Thin crust gluten free dough and you can have any flavour there, they also have a gluten free penne noodle so we can eat pastas too. I’m super celiac and I felt great after :
We decided to drop in here after reading the recommendations on this app. Glad we did! The manager is celiac, another is GI, and staff really know they have to take precautions. My GF pasta was both unique and delicious, while my wife said their GF pizza was the best she’d ever eaten! That said, they still have airborne particles from wheat flour, etc, but the staff do understand the issues and take as much care as possible. We will eat there again when in the area. I’m writing this the morning after as I’ve had absolutely no reaction to the pasta dish nor the olive appy. Delicious food, but as always, talk to your server as you order.
