beautiful pub full character. open fire and plüschcouches in the pub area. comfortable and cozy places in the restaurant area. we have eaten with our 14-month small child at lunchtime. the staff was very nice and the service was great. we ordered the starter plate, special steak and chicken and lauch cake. all tasted really nice and good portion size. this was our second visit and we love it every time. surely be bac... A beautiful charming local pub with friendly warming coworkers, eating is excellent a great selection of ale on tap (my personal drinking money). has recently renovated, which looks great and still holds the character of the 'old' inn very recommended!
Multiple dishes to choose from as a vegetarian, and the food was exceptional! Gin and tonic also went down really well. Starters were very generous so unfortunately had no room for dessert, but was given discount vouchers for Jan so I will be returning to eat again soon! Thank you team, also, for looking after my friend and I during our visit.
Last night, New year's eve, what a great night. Well done to all the staff and the entertainment for the Kids, brilliant night had by all. Do not change a thing. It felt like a giant house party. Happy New year to you all xxx
Went last night beautiful decor lovely staff Fantastic chef the food was fantastic what a great improvement carry on the good work x
Over the last 6 weeks have been to eat here 5 times and had excellent food, service staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend during the week for food and good service.
