What R E doesn't like about Cockpit Charlie's:
I ordered for delivery and didn't receive my fries, drink, or any sauces that were supposed to come with my order AND there was NO mozzarella in 2 of the 6 mozzarella sticks in my order. I paid 65$ for a burger, some wings, 4 mozzarella sticks, and cold onion rings. The wings were a saving grace, they were good and spicy but not worth 2$ per wing. View all feedback.
I felt like the room was outdated. I ordered a well done hamburger and received medium rare. I didn't say anything because we were short on time due to a show we were attending. Our waitress had her hands full. She hardly came by our table. We had to ask someone else for our check. The food was just okay.
No 0-star option? Good news: we were able to make a last-min res, were seated upon arrival (right after some sh_t bag stole the parking spot we politely waited for . Diners who were smart enough to peruse reviews before they set out upon the open seas know where this is headed. The 1st red buoy flag should have smacked me in the head when 5:25 we were able to book a table for 2 6 on a Sat. My husband I started (10 mins into sitting waiting for anyone other than the 8 other diners in the vast “Galley-themed” room to pass by w/premium c'tails. Short low-balls of 0.4 oz of booze, best. $10ea. (Note: do not order a mixed drink here. Even if you're foolish enough to walk this gangplank. My husband did enjoy the soup. My salad was fair, despite the 1 hour away from wilting mixed greens. His turkey sand supreme was anything but, despite the homemade from powder gravy. My 16oz rib-eye, ordered MR was blue. (Well, blue on one side, rare on the other; weird given the cut of, um, meat? was thin for 16oz. After an assist from the busser, the waitress lassoed my entrée corralled it back to the kitchen. The second time it was MR on 1 side but still blue on the other. While there was a relatively timely check-in this time, I didn't have the heart or stomach for another roundtrip. Through no fault of the waitress, this was the worst cut of meat I've ever had. Even the center I brought home couldn't be salvaged. Speaking of salvage...interesting and ironic nautical theme. With the rainy weather intermittent portholes, the incessantly flashing recessed lights made us feel as though we were going down with the ship about to be electrocuted. When the crew looks as though they know how bad the food is, believe them. Go with your gut before you test it. Some folks (Lafrance hospitality just ought not be in the restaurant business. I'd have rather stayed home with a No. 2 pencil stuck in my eye.

Our waitress, Jill, was great. The **** Mary was delicious. We made the mistake of chatting too much before placing our order. When our meals came mine was lukewarm and my friend's was cold. They nuked mine (which I was fine with me) and replaced her order. I've been going to, or ordering take out from Galley Grille/White's for the past 9 years. I still enjoy their meals. Next time we'll order first and then chat.
Food was delicious. Service was ok. We sat at the bar. Took 15 mins for someone to acknowledge us. But once we ordered, the experience improved tremendously. Again, food was excellent.
