We've been here twice and have been quite impressed. We found the prices (especially with a coupon to be more reasonable than other sit-down burger chains. While their burgers are delicious, the service is so horrendous that I can't, in good conscience, recommend Jake's Wayback. The workers specifically at this location during the time of my visit were slow, inattentive, and inarticulate.
