Very tasty fried scallops, and wonderful fine slaw. The Steak au Poive was tasty and nicely cooked. The winner from a flavor standpoint was the LBVP meatloaf WOW! Layers of spice and flavor not packed too dense; light for meatloaf. The lamb is subtle but definitely adds. A magical dish. We will be back to try more of the menu!
Food was tremendous. , staff was friendly and efficient!!
We stumbled upon Trio after leaving the Irish Festival early due to weather and hadn't eaten much. After being seated at a high top window table, we got a bottle of a very decent Dracaena Wines California Cabernet Franc, to share. The markup for the bottle was very fair. Our order was all shared small plates. Tomato Basil soup was hot and tasted nice, the Cucumber Caesar was unusual but also tasted good, the Wings were crispy in an Asian sauce really good. We shared a flatbread, it was done right with red sauce and cheese and crisp crust. I also had the mussels and clams bowl. They were yummy, best I can say. So I'm no pro food reviewer, but if everything is good, it's very good! Oh and the service, Ashley was very attentive and the owner/hostess Debbie also stopped by more than once to check on us. We sat, drank and ate! The price was in line and we left happy! Recommend! Have a good day!
As soon as I walked into Trio I got a warm welcoming feeling. Love the open kitchen and indoor dining space. Apps were fantastic. We shared calamari and flatbread. Excellent. Menu items and sides were great. It’s byob with proper staff service. Not a huge menu but freshness and precise preparation and execution is achieved. I’m going back to Trio, it’s a nice place that pays attention to details in NWW.
A perfect meal and atmosphere. We dined with a group of friends and all were pleased with their food. The food and presentation were delightful. We shared several delicious appetizers . I had their delicious crab and shrimp cakes, fired roasted corn and potatoes and my husband had the best glazed pork chop he has ever had. The tuna special was also a big hit with a friend. You can choose from a big plate or small plate meals. There is definitely something for everyone at this restaurant We usually go to Cape May for our meals and now our top choice is Trio in North Wildwood. This restaurant is BYO.
