What Bernie C doesn't like about La Rosa Chilena:
It was 10 years ago when I was at this place the last time and NOTHING has changed! Everything is stale, no sanitary conditions at all. Overpriced and it truly does not taste anything like the Chilean food I'm used to trying. PLEASE don't go and if you truly want the real deal, please go to the Plaza Latina on Milvan drive, Finch and Weston road area. There is a REAL Chilean bakery making fresh and tasty food.
