I wasn’t sure what to expect when I walked in here but let me tell you I am happy I did. I ordered the chifa short rib bowl and omg. The flavours and the quality of the ingredients was top notch. just to clarify: peruvian brasa does not offer peruvian dishes.. they use only some peruvian ingredients to create their own food style. they do not offer authentic peruvian food View all feedback.
