I went to Royal Caribbean Cafe twice for dinner. It is not a typical dining restaurant. You ordered the food at the counter and the food arrive in a takeout containers. There wasn't much service.The food was pretty good. I had the goat curry and fried chicken. I stuck to what I know, but there was wide variety of Jamaican dishes.Would I go back? I would go back if I have time to kill you need a hour to kill if the food isn't ready not sure what they have that's ready to go but oh well. 2-3 stars a 3 for sure because they have nice service , good manners read more.
