Friendly employees and some of the food is pretty good. I have tried some of the pizza and pasta and have been pleased so far. Drinks are satisfying as well, but the prices are not the best. View all feedback.
What Will Stapleton doesn't like about Faema Caffe:
This place makes the mall smell amazing and I always stop in for a slice of pizza, but they changed the price to $7.50 for one slice. I dont care if it has bbq sauce on it I could get a whole pizza for a few dollars more. Still conflicted because it's so good. View all feedback.
Very tasty coffee and snacks. They also sell coffeemakers, mostly upscale. Staff are great
I used to go here for their Chocolate Avalanche danish but for some reason they have changed the chocolate they use and it doesn't taste as great anymore.
Rude service by the staff demonstrating the machine. Apparently, you can only try a sample of the drink if you’re buying the machine like how are you supposed to know the product is good if you don’t try a sample. This is how you lose a customer. Nespresso has way better customer service than this cafe
Really nice equipment. Lovely products that taste amazing. I Especially like the hot chocolate
Have had multiple experiences where a few kind staff go above and beyond to offer service that makes me keep coming back! Great pastries and pizza!
