On a friends' recommendation, we chose to pick up a mid-week dinner at Sushi Moto. We start w. their Miso Soup ($1.95), quite flavourful without being overly salty. Their Spicy Tuna Salad (#11 - $12.95), composed of tuna sushi placed on a bed of lettuce and topped w. red beet and carrot spirals was fresh, refreshing and a real treat on a Summer's Eve.
