The staff in this branch are always working hard to give the best service. Heidi’s positive energy is contagious. No matter how busy it is, she always has a smile on her face and tries her best to provide the best service possible. View all feedback.
What Charlize Carpenter doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Terrible service. Waited in line and the creepy staff who is a filipino man made comments about how i should smile more. I asked him a question about what type of bagels they have, and he glared at me before insulting me and telling me I couldn’t speak basic English. All he needed to do was to answer my question on what type of bagel there was. He is a creep with no basic manners and hits on teenage girls. View all feedback.
I went here to this Tim’s today(august 6th 2023) at 4:30 pm. The girl working there told that it’s closed but online it is posted that it closes by 6pm. How stupid it is, don’t waste ur time by visiting this Tim’s. It might be closed all the time.
The latin/Asian (not sure ?? guy attitude is terrible. I’ve been in this location several times, although I was aware of his behavior, because it’s close to my office, I kept going there until today. I wasn’t sure my point card went trough and I asked him if it’s accepted, he was super rude and instead of answering my question he was asking me what I think and told me angrily that you have done it 5 times. I don’t go there anymore. I see there are several negative comments here for this dude, but it seems Tim Hortons doesn’t care. That’s a shame because there are nice ppl working there as well.
Come for the coffee, stay for the trauma. It was my first time ordering food at this branch. The cashier did not tell me which side to wait at, so after two minutes I realized I was at the wrong side. Then I waited another 10 minutes on the other side, before asking the lady (in the picture) very politely whether she knew where my sandwich was. She first stared at me, then pointed to a tiny corner, berating, I CALLED YOU when this came out. To which I responded, oh sorry I went to the other side briefly. Then she started HOLLERING at me, DON 'T YOU TALK TO ME LIKE THAT. HOW DARE YOU TREAT ME LIKE THAT. etc etc. She was pointing her finger at me, getting in my face, and shouting at the top of her lungs while I was just stunned for almost five minutes. Then another staff interjected, saying it was because some customers don 't pick up their order. Really? She intentionally ignored me for 10 minutes while I stood three feet in front of her. The second staff even tried to get me to go away to the Loblaws customer service. All the while she was still screaming in the background. So I asked, what terrible thing have I ever said or done to you? , her response, I DON 'T KNOW ?! Wow... Not my fault that your ego is too big to work for Tim Hortons. Every customer was watching, it caused a big nasty scene. As an introverted and shy person, I felt extremely hurt, confused, and uncomfortable. But this time, instead of walking away like the other reviewers did, I decided to stand my ground while she yelled profanities at me. I requested to speak with the manager, when she finally stopped (bullies can tell who holds the bigger stick) but would not apologize. It 's preposterous that my time was wasted, AND I got yelled at. Like the other reviewers pointed out, some staff here have zero concept of courtesy. I wonder how many customers have been mistreated at this location. If you treat customers horrendously, I 'm going to take a picture of you and tell the world know about it. I regret not capturing a video to put on social media.
One of the slowest Tim Hortons in North York Girls are just talking for an hour instead of preparing the food like what is this business?? Get better staff that know how to do better and the girls broke my tidbits box ?
I have the same order at every Tim Hortons everyday. After waiting for far more than the average waiting time. The order came worse than I’ve always had. What I saw in my pack sure doesn't look like the Steak Egg Breakfast Sandwich I've had at other Tim Hortons locations.I wouldn’t recommend. I see why most people had to go to the Starbucks opposite.
