"Order 3 different meal times from the menu, but cashier said from stock. then order everything available in the menu. after waiting for almost an hour we shocked when served they replace a sweet potato with chips, without telling us first, also the steak meat, it is actually a thin slice sandwich instead serve a steak, which shows and wrote in the menu. then we want to talk to her manager and ask the refund, but she said the manager is busy on the back, she makes it hard and let her wait for us. 10-15min. After she ruined the day, she dares to tell us for a partial refund! in no case! we don't get what we paid for. we had expected to eat from the menu! not what appears in your head! the next day my man would like to try again his luck for the breakfast there, with the hope that maybe different person on the morning serves better services, but again, they did not serve what describe on the menu. they replace the ice cream of my manne with the Coslow salad, without asking it first again, and asking it out then waitress bring a fried egg not cooked inside. I said to my man in pregnant I can not eat raw poached ei must be boiled egg like what shows from the menu. then the waitress will bring again with another prey not the round boiled egg like what shows in the menu ) and only 90% cooked inside. not sure why they can not only serve what is described in the menu. what kind of services is that? the cook and the waitress do not have to have any skills. You can not only expect a customer to eat everything that appears in your head. I don't know what your problem is. if it is because they have no warehouses ready, at least they must tell the customer first! people can have a food restriction. Too bad, manager!"
