We have been to the pub many times and their quality is always good. What I would not recommend is using OpenTable to book anything. When we arrived with a confirmed reservation from OpenTable, the pub had no record of the booking and they were full. The lady at reception said this happens a lot with OpenTable. "Excellent location for a small party to go to. Food was excellent, service was top of the line. The birthday 'boy ' even got a fancy dessert as a present from the staff. Wheelchair accessibility: There was some difficulty in getting in as a wheelchair user. Luckily I had some fitness freaks as friends, who didn 't mind lifting my chair up the very steep 3 steps at the entrance. Staff had prepared the way to our table so I could pass without disturbing other customers. I didn 't visit the toilet but was informed it was not wheelchair friendly."
