"Had lunch here while staying at Northbrook Farmstay just out of town and food was sooo good! So fresh and delicious! We also took one of Nic's famous vanilla slices to have later and it is definitely one of the very best he have ever had. So needless to say we revisited every day for a fresh one. Thanks ladies"

"I was dragged in here by my son James, a resident of the town who appeared to be well known by the staff! We had a few beers which were found to be of good quality, well chilled, and fit for consumption by the good...folk of Northampton. I drank Swan Draft followed by Great Northern largers but most welcome on a warm day. I enjoyed my visit and will return (several times). "Best brekky with such a friendly service. we had the rousabout brekky and all were cooked to perfection. the vanilla slices are the best we've ever eaten. recommend this little caffe."

"All round great meals, although the steak is a bit pricey. Great environment to meet new people, however the current staff are quite unreasonable. My friend told the chef that his steak was under cooked and because of that the chef told the bar maids to stop serving him drinks."
