"I was here twice, both paintings with a big group, and I never had such wonderful service and eating. the personal is friendly and very generous, they are quick to help with any problem, often before we noticed that it was one! our server even brought me a mango leti into the house when he noticed that I had no. all my party agreed that we want to eat here every time we're in town. so far the food is delicious. hot and fresh with very fast service. I love the dahl, the saag distributor and the naan. Moreover, the portion sizes are large enough to go a bag after filling up. they recommend eating here, they will not regret it! the people who work here take care of their restaurant and their customers. 10/10"

"For us, the "Wow" factor of Prarie Grass Cafe seems to have slipped away in the past months or so. The food was good, but not great. Certainly fell short of the expectations I have for the award winning chefs listed on the website. I'd prefer to score the food at stars and overall score at stars but Open Table system functionality does not support that. We had great engagement with the staff (hostess, waiter, servers) from beginning to our dessert orders, but then it seemed as though the selling was done and we were forgotten. I don't know how you can try to enforce a dress code (my understanding is business casual), but quite frankly, it was annoying that so many people were allowed in and dressed like slobs sweat pants, yoga pants, hoody's, torn jeans, athletic shoes. Additionally, the kids running around next to our table that were'nt kept in line just added to the disappointment and really took the experience down a few notches We intentionally chose Prairie Grass Cafe because of our great experiences in prior months. We brought an out of town guest there to enjoy a meal of (perceived or expected higher quality and I expected the environment to be special too. It wasn't Not sure we will be going back when there are other upscale options on the Northshore. If you want a super casual dining experience in a loud setting with average food at above average prices then this will work for you.
