"Good old Greg did not disappoint. I tried all top Frozen Custard shops in MI, IL, WI and MO. Now, good news is Greg is selling real frozen custard. Many shops sell soft serve or frozen yogurt under the name of frozen custard. There are three tests to agood frozen custard. Test 1. The machinery. If you are getting your custard from a device like a beverage fountain where theyhold the cup underneath and fill. You are not getting frozen custard my friends! Test 2. The spoon. If the frozen custard isserved with filmsy a soft spoon that easily bends, that is not a custard you are spooning. Test 3. The texture! The mostimportant test. Now spoon your custard and look into your cup, if the spot you just scooped has sandy looks then that is a lowquality custard. If that scooped area is silky smooth and flat as the surface of a quartz countertop then this is good news!these guys are using some egg yolks in their recipee to make real frozen custard. Greg's custard passed all three tests. It isdefinitely not as good as Kopp's Frozen Custard in WI but so far the best in IL that I found. Good job Greg."

"We live in wheeling and the Indian food centers here are great. we thought we were coming to this place in northbrook, as there were nice reviews, but I would not recommend coming here. eating is very mediocre. Typically the biryani comes with a small complementary raita, but we wanted extra, because the small isn't enough. when buying an extra, not only the complementary, but the $4 extra raita was half full and just a little over the size we could have free. also the food does not include rice (in contrast to many other places where it contains) so that they have to pay for it!"
