Il Melograno was a major food destination when it opened, but it's on a very competitive strip and may not have the edge it had a year or so ago. Lunch was the Sicilian baked eggs, which was a fairly ordinary beef ragu cooked in lots of red wine and two poached eggs bobbing about in it. Lovely industrial open space interior. Nice background music. A nice place with a great menu selection. They roast their own coffee on site with a viewing section. Coffee is very nice.
