We picked up the right bag with our name on it but it had the wrong person's food in it. So sorry to Jason and Kelley, youre probably getting the wrong order today as well.. Called and spoke to a machine 3x before finally getting a human to answer the phone, who then just put the phone down and seemingly forgot about me as i waited and listened to them take more orders for about 15 mins.. Definitely one of the better locations in NEO. Living near the Shaker, Woodmere, and Harvard locations, I basically gave up on Chipotle but I will gladly return...
