"The food was really good. You have the best chickens in the area. Love the bread they use. Best bread for subs. Corned beef specialist was good. It has Pickles on it.. That was first. I just didn't like what to do with the pickles. Subs and chicken jewelry are amazing here... Corned beef was good, but not my first choice."

"The food is very good here however if you have any type of problem the customer service lacks. I placed an order online for two items and when they came to deliver they said I ordered 3 which was showing on the receipt. I told the delivery person I only ordered two and he said he can’t do anything about it just call and they will take care of it. He took the extra item back. 20)I called and the girl on the phone was very nice said the check isn’t closed out so the manager will be able to handle it tonight.I waited to see what the charge was come out to and in fact the charge closed on my card for the amount with the extra pizza.I went into the restaurant and spoke to a manager who told me that in fact they weren’t going to refund me the money because since it was a web order I must have placed the order. I was shocked at this as I called that day and the delivery driver who I was told was the delivery manager took it after.The manager then said the bar she could do would be give me money for the item. I said no what about the added tax and delivery charge that was not disclosed at the time I placed the order.She goes on to tell me she cannot and I have to come back when another manager could refund me the money. After around and around she took out two $10 bills from the drawer and said here this is what I can do.I was complete shocked this is how I was treated as clearly there is a website glitch as the manager told me that yes there is in fact a delivery charge but on the ordering website it I doesn’t shown up.I feel that I wasn’t valued ad a customer and at no point was there an apology or an acknowledgment that yes seems strange that there was another placed on the same order number after it was closed.I would be remiss if I didn’t say I would hope the manager wild call me me to apologize but I unfortunately don’t think that will be the case ."

"Management informed me about my concerns. I understand the gas prices. It is very sad that not everyone tips the drivers. It's not her fault. It's good they're posting gas supplements. Totally understandable. The customer only needs to know in front. Grandmas cake is the best."
