What Rafael Hernandez likes about Starbucks:
This is my favorite Starbucks anywhere, and that is because of the staff. Cheyenne especially is a lovely person, remembers your order and has an uncanny ability to sense when you are having a challenging morning, by brightening it up with her cheerfulness and maybe even putting a ‘you’re amazing’ sticker on your order. I am a delivery driver and came to Starbucks to use the restroom and get something to warm me up. I was told I had to order before I was able to use the restroom and get a code. At that location you are not allowed to use the restroom until you purchase something. Very rude.Dietary restrictions: Dairy View all feedback.

$8+ coffee only for starbucks to ignore everything and not even send a white mocha. Luckily delivery service fully refunded but whoever is working orders today...

"My latte was alright but i asked the guy working the drive thru if i could have two little whip cream cups for my dogs, which he definitely saw. he said yes. i get my email receipt as i’m waiting in line in the drive thru and it says 2.15 for an 8oz steamer. that’s weird, maybe they just charge for pup cups, which is fine with me. but he just hands me an actual steamer which is hot watery milk . it was very weird. i went back around and asked if i could just have like normal whip cream and they said they don’t have any so i’m very confused why he didn’t just say that in the first place or even just explain that he was ringing in a steamer."
