Went to pick up order placed online. Asked girl at counter for ranch. She said they were out, yet a whole unopened box sat on the counter was labeled as ranch sauce, asked if she could open and she said no. She wouldn’t give us any other extra sauces. Poorly managed. Grilled chicken BLT is not served hot. Employees have attitude. Filed a grievance

Northport location is not good.
