The worker Heidi is AMAZING. She ran the driver thru, made the orders perfect and answered the phone line the first ring. She made our banana splits as if she knew us personally. She didn't want our order to melt so she took the time to put the warm sauce on the side without requesting. Thanks for your great customer service!!!! View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Tcby Northport:
I’m honestly really disappointed tonight. I think $6.91 for a small cotton candy with sprinkles is a bit much, especially when the cup isn’t even filled up all the way. View all feedback.
