What J Suei mark doesn't like about Starbucks:
My drink was good but the girl who took my order around noon this morning had 0 customer service skills. I was smiley and kind, even asked HER how she was doing today since she didn’t bother to ask me. She was hasty and rude, I even tipped her cash to try to get her to be kind and she replied with “alrighty then”.
