I am rooting for Chi but it is not there yet. No one is managing the front of the house. The chef has aspirations that are reflected in the occasional entree, but the restaurant would be better off backing down the price scale and just going more fun, casual, and drink centric. Dark space, sweet but fumbling service. Food was pretty good but wasn't blown away and should have been with a General Tso. Upstairs seating is kind of depressingneeds some color and better lighting. Felt that there were too many remnants of the old Red Lulu. Might give it another try in the coming months View all feedback.
