Nashville hot chicken is HOT right now the bee's kneeeess. Been to a couple of the other locations most recently the one in La Mirada. The food was fiirrre and this one doesn't disappoint either. What Brandi Taylor doesn't like about Legend Hot Chicken:
Though the presentation of the meal was decent, the food served was not. The chicken was undercooked and the batter technique they use was obviously not made well as it slid off the chicken and was not crispy. It seems that when I arrived the meal was barely being packaged, which was good timing since I had ordered over the phone. So, I don’t understand why my fries were cold, not even warm.
