I timed it, it took 8 minutes for someone to come to the order window and take my order. I called the place several times to even get someone to pick up the phone, I knocked loudly on the windows and yet still. 8 minutes? I was the only person there, there wasn't even a line. I love the food but the service could use a little help. View all feedback.
What Frank Torres Jr doesn't like about Rally's:

The current menu may be expanded on site to include seasonal specialties and weekly recommendations.
