"Upon visiting Bullthistle Brewing Company in Sherburne, we encountered a disappointing experience. Despite perusing the menu and selecting our flatbreads, we 're unaware of the requirement to order at the bar due to the inconspicuous one foot x one foot sign. We sat for an additional 20 minutes with no staff member informing us of the protocol. Even though the bar employee glanced at us multiple times, we were left feeling ignored and decided to leave. With only two other couples present, a simple announcement to order at the bar would have sufficed. While I may consider giving it another chance, my suggestion would be to include the order at the bar instruction on the menu for clarity. It 's a regrettable situation, but a lesson learned to avoid places with such unpleasant attitudes."

"I have been a customer on and off since the 1980’s. To sum it up, I love this restaurant. Frank has been in the window making pizzas, which seemed all of the time. I worked in New Berlin in the 80’s and 90’s and many suppers were eaten at this fine restaurant. Over the years the menu has been expanded with a quality unsurpassed with each entree. Besides raising a beautiful family the restaurant and the owner has been a valuable asset to the community. Simply, excellent food, excellent quality, excellent service and a very clean and comfortable establishment to have a great meal. If you are passing through this community or looking for a nice trip in the Countryside this is your place. Great job to all!!!"
