My friend and I visited this store a while back and asked about gluten free products. Staff member so rude about the fact she had a que and for the other staff member to tell us none of the drinks we were asking about were gluten free. Poor service and have never gone back since....and never will. Other costa’s in Norwich seem fine and have had great service in the Longwater ones (both). View all feedback.
