The food was excellent. We booked a table for 6pm and was told we would have the table until 7.30pm. Only to be told the restaurant closes at 7pm and the website says 8pm. You need to get the details right! It put a dampener on the evening meaning we had about 40 mins to eat and chat. read more.

We were expecting a quality fish and chip restaurant in the vein of Harry Ramsden. The seating and waitress service was fine but the food was very ordinary. Freshly cooked restaurant chips should be crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside they were neither. Also, plates need to be large enough for the food.
