Coffee currently varies week on week. Sometimes water is too hot and burns the coffee making it too bitter. As I drink an Americano without sugar, this is particularly noticeable. It's not every week, but disappointingly too frequent now. Not a fan of the new cups bamboo and no handle. Bring back the crockery please. Choice of cakes and biscuits varies too.
